Perfect place for a stay in South Lake. 3 stories and narrow hallways will make it hard for older folks. Great games and spa. Very quiet. Would stay again.

Our family had a great reunion in this house. So peaceful and quiet! The location was good as well. Just a short drive to town, and to get to where we needed to go. The house worked well for us. The host was extremely responsive whenever we reached out. I would definitely recommend this place for your stay.

Fun and fabulous house!

Great house with a lot of room for everyone. Nice to have a bathroom on each floor. The downstairs game room was so much fun! Plenty of towels and spare blankets. We really enjoyed our stay and would go back again.

Great stay for a multifamily trip

The vrbo picture looks more outdated than it actually is. The property is well maintained, spacious, kitchen on 2 floors, and conveniently located to supermarkets and ski resorts. I was informed that all they have is salt and pepper, but the kitchen was well equipped with pots and pans, as well as spices. Thank you, we would love to be back and highly recommend to everyone!

Family vacation

This house had enough bedrooms and bathrooms for 9 people to use comfortably. At one time I’m sure this was a lovely house but it could definitely use some TLC, overall it was fine. Some critter snuck in downstairs and ate some snacks (chipmunk?) The creek nearby was a huge hit!

The location is super...close to every thing needed....loved seeing the bears....buy very disturbing to see them trying to break into the house daily. There were no GRAB BARS available for anyone who had balance issues. The layout worked well for our family and the kids loved the downstairs game room arrangement and hot tub.

We had a great time. Very Close to all things, coffee, grocery, lake. Loved it. We did have a visitor (bear) break into our ice chest & also try to come in the house through a bathroom window. It would be a good idea to remind people that this could happen. So take precautions :) But really a great rental

Nieces 18th birthday

We stayed here with my sisters and our children for my nieces 18th Birthday. There were plenty of amenities for our weekend stay. There were plenty of space for our party and plenty of things to keep the kiddos busy and off their electronics. 😊 This place is also near heavenly and all of the casinos. I have rented multiple cabins in Lake Tahoe/Truckee area and this has been the best hot water we’ve got for showers 😆 not as great in the morning time but at night for sure enough for everyone to catch a warm shower.

Lake Tahoe trip at this property is pleasant

My family booked this property for the family reunion Mid- July. From the start to finish, the processes were so smooth with a clear good communication. I strongly recommend this place to anyone for the future vacation. I, of course, will book and return again soon when time is allowed. Furthermore, this place has a lot of rooms to fit a big group, plus it has many entertaining games and jacuzzi, BBQ area that keep everyone busy and yet have a good time staying. Plenty of room for everyone with lots of space and activities but quite a few maintenance issues such as hot tub wasn’t working, roach in bathroom; main floor shower head wasn’t working, ice and water on fridge wasn’t working and fridge wasn’t as cold as it should be.

First timer in Lake Tahoe

I was very excited to check in and see the home I reserved for my stay since it was the first time in Lake Tahoe. The location and the home were as expected for the cost. On the 2nd day, a rodent was comfortable enough to come out and play. We had a 2 yr. old and we no longer felt comfortable to allow her to explore the environment. We were forced to throw most of our food and snacks that were left out. It was visible another/more rodents freely tasted all our food. Fun House for All Ages

This house has everything a family needs to be comfortable like your own home. The whole place is very clean, fully stocked with towels, pillows, and blankets which normally lacks in other places. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances and kitchen ware to be able to prepare a good meal for our family and friends. The bedrooms are good sizes, beds are comfortable, and even the couch and futons are also comfortable to sleep in. There were 18 of us who stayed here and we all felt the house did not feel so small or cramped at all. Our kids had so much fun in the ground floor area where there’s a game room with tons of fun and games kids and adults can do. There’s a hot tub right outside which was a big plus. Most importantly, the location of this house is very ideal, 10-15 mins to the hotels, casinos, beaches, restaurants, and stores. The neighborhood is very nice and quite as well. Overall, this place was perfect for our stay. We will definitely recommend it to family and friends, and we will surely come back here again.

Great spot for large groups

We picked this property because it had 7 bedrooms and could sleep 14 people. We planned a trip for 3 generations but the "kids" are all now in their late 20s/early 30s; bunk beds and air mattresses on the floor aren't as appealing as when they were young so we were happy to find this property where everyone could have their own bed. We were also happy we could bring our dog along. The house was perfect for our needs. Although we ended up with just 9 adults and a dog, there would have been room for all of us. We really enjoyed the downstairs game room with the pool/ping pong table. Also, having 2 kitchens (especially 2 refrigerators) was a big plus since we usually cook all our own meals. The location was great - well located for the beaches (we especially enjoyed Kiva Beach), hiking and the casinos. We had no problems and Kris was accessible and responsive if we had any questions. Checking out was a breeze. It was a great family vacation and we hope to be able to return to this house again.

Rodents and bears oh my!

It has been our family tradition to go to SLT every summer for 20 years. This year we needed a larger home to accommodate a larger group and we found this home and it had excellent reviews. Unfortunately after all was said and done, we will not return to this property. The good: 1- Kris, the property owner was willing and responsive. Due to our experience he did ultimately credit us a 2 night refund. 2- Linens and supplies were well equipped with plenty of towels, dishes, supplies, toilet paper etc. 3- The beds were for the most part pretty comfortable. 4- The patio and deck areas were very nice and accomodating for our family. The backyard provided plenty of room to play our corn hole set that we brought with us. 5- The property owner Kris was very quick to respond any time we reached out with questions and concerns. He always made us feel heard and prioritized. The bad:1- ARRIVAL- We noticed rat traps & droppings especially in the downstairs kitchen counter, floor and pantry. 2- RODENTS- the bottom floor had rats day/night. It was unsafe to utilize. Our group moved to the main level. 3- BATHROOMS- only 2 of the 3 showers worked. 4- DIRTY- The fans were caked with dust, the home was not very clean. 5- VANDALISM- someone cut the car straps to our SUP boards. 6- RATS- We saw rats 24/7 in the fireplace, kitchen, closets, bathrooms, outside. Family Reunion Vacation

We had children, grandchildren, great grandchildren andsisters during our week. The three levels allowed allof us space and privacy. Communal meals broughtall of us to the table, while during the day, everyonecould do their own activities. We thoroughly enjoyedour time in Lake Tahoe.
