Ski Chalet with Summer Pool Access, Blocks from Heavenly 3411P~

This spacious three story home is set in a great forested neighborhood. An electric fireplace will keep you warm during the cool Tahoe evenings and provides a wonderful (easy) ambiance! The large front deck is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the crisp mountain air. This pet friendly property also has a fenced outdoor dog run - perfect for any pup to get a little exercise! Access to a community hot tub, clubhouse and a pool (summer only) is included. As of May 2021 this property will only be available for 30 day rentals.

We want you to enjoy your stay but please understand your property is located in a residential neighborhood. Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy will result in eviction.

Spacious, clean, and all the necessary amenities for a fun weekend at Tahoe.

The rental was a great fit for me and my group. It had everything we needed and wasn't too far from the casinos or chairlifts. The resort office was also very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

The Perfect Getaway

I came to Tahoe looking for a month of relaxation, activities, and nature. This house gave me everything I needed. It's a 5 minute drive (if that) to Lake Tahoe Blvd and Pioneer Trail which makes access easy and puts you close enough to the main strip to walk to if you wish. It's a 15 minute walk to the casinos and the shops at Heavenly Village. The community pool was quiet and nice and it includes a hot tub. The house itself was perfect for a homebase. The bedrooms and bathroom are downstairs while the community areas (kitchen, dining room, and living room) are on the 1st floor. The TV included all the streaming options you'd want. The loft has two more beds for young ones or could make do in a pinch for adults who don't demand big beds. I was there for the summer which means the house could get a bit warm with no A/C, even with open windows, but overall it wasn't much of an issue. I would definitely stay here again. I loved the location and the Tyrol community and the property managers were pleasant.
