    The full kitchen is well-equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a guest spice rack stocked with cooking essentials, making it easy to prepare your favorite meals. The spacious dining and living areas provide the perfect place to gather and relax after a day of adventure.





    Unwind on the comfortable living room furnishings with board games or puzzles, or step out onto the balcony to enjoy the fresh mountain air and peaceful surroundings. When it’s time to rest, both bedrooms offer a relaxing retreat designed for a comfortable and restful night’s sleep.

    Enjoy access to Lakeland Village's private beach, pools, hot tubs, lakeside barbecues, sauna, and fitness center—amenities that are private to the Lakeland Village community and available only to guests and owners. These spaces are shared, meaning they are not exclusive to this individual unit.

    Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m to 9 a.m. hours. In addition no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.
