    Right at the "Y" in South Lake Tahoe - walk to restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores.



    Studio size, so it's cozy, and there's no full kitchen.



    The Space:

    A single open room with a king bed and bunk beds - space for four without crowding it.



    Mini fridge for drinks and a coffee maker. No full kitchen.



    Central heating, no AC. Ceiling fans throughout, and evenings cool down enough to open the windows.



    Guest Access:

    Last-minute and same-day bookings are welcome as check-in instructions will automatically be sent at booking confirmation.

Great place to stay

Great place to stay in South Lake Tahoe. It was clean and well stocked. The location is placed well, close to restaurants and state parks. The host was communicative, and the check-in and check-out process went smoothly. It was the perfect place to stay for our trip.

Nice cabin for family of four

We did a ski trip and stayed here with our two kids. Definitely a little small, but great for our needs. Kids loved the bunk beds.

Great little place for a quick overnight stay

This is a great little place for a quick overnight stay. Exactly as advertised. The place was clean and great for an overnight stay with my son for a concert. Commutation with the manager was easy and smooth.

Tournament Stay

We came for a soccer tournament. This location was close to the fields. It’s a very cute cabin that you can go and relax. It has a nice hang out area outside which was great with the kids. The lake also is very close! We would stay again.

Amazing location! Almost next to a Starbucks

Great location, just a few minutes drive to Heavenly, easy to park. Description is accurate the only minor caveat is heater is gas based, so noise or smell need to be something you need to get used to. Other than that great place to stay

A great spot

Perfect spot with easy keyless/contactless check-in, Cllean and comfortable with plenty of plush. Couldn’t figure out how to make the TV work but that’s not why I was there. Super helpful and responsive host.

Comfortable base camp

Our buddy (5'10") fit comfortably in the bunk bed and the location is convenient for both mountain and lake access. There are plenty of food options right nearby. I appreciate how well laid out (and spotless) the unit is.Sway was very helpful when we had questions and the whole process was easy and relaxing.

TThe unit was clean and close to the ski resort, which worked out well.  However, we rented the unit because it was listed as a two-bedroom.  I would say the place would be more accurately described as a studio with a king bed and a bunkbed.  Also, the toilet was not working.  I messaged the host many times without any acknowledgement.

Everything was perfect!

Our entire stay was absolutely amazing! We had everything we could possibly need in our room - from blankets and spare towels, to travel coffee cups for our morning adventures. Everything was clean and comfortable, too. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. We had one slight hiccup with the bathroom sink clogging up, and when we brought it to Sway & Ashley’s attention they had someone out to fix it ASAP. The outdoor gathering area was so cute and friendly, too! Thanks for a great first stay in Tahoe!

Cozy Cabin

Tiny cabin for family of 4 (2 teenage kids)for a whole week, but its what was advertised. Great location and communication with host. Fan/light kept coming on in the middle of the night, which woke us up and gave us away to a mama bear getting in the trash w her 3 cubs! Need more bear signage and encouragement for other guests to close dumpster, or move dumpster. I agree w previous review for shelves in bathroom. Also could change bedding for summer use, especially wo AC. Would stay again in a bigger cabin!

Good

The property manager was great, responsive, and helpful. Although the cleanliness of the room was not that great, the host offered to send someone to clean which was nice. Also, the heater was very loud if you’re used to sleeping in silence. Some ear plugs would have helped but I didn’t have any at the time. The shower was clogged so the water built up. Again, the host offered to send someone but I declined since we were not staying long. All in all, the room was okay for a night but I probably would not stay longer than that. I really appreciated the host tried to make things right with the issues we had. I would have given 5 stars if the room was cleaner and the heater wasn’t so noisy.

Short Tahoe Geraway

I chose property based on convenient location to Emerald Bay Road beaches as well as stateline, ratings and amenities for myself and two grandkids. The unit had a king bed, bunk beds, and TV streaming options with cable. The indoor space was nice as advertised. Outside is so close to Highway 50 you really hear the traffic. Buildings are warn. Biggest problem was the TV streaming and cable never worked after 2 hours of troubleshooting with phone support and empty promises that a handyman would arrive. There is no host on site or nearby to respond to any problems, on a weekday from 4:00 p.m. Their Rep could only offer apologies. She even had me go into a locked storeroom for hotspots, and those didn’t work. So we did not receive the advertised amenities within our less than 24 hour stay. Never again.

Fun Tahoe Stay

You can tell this is a newly remodeled space and perfect for a couple days in Tahoe. I would not rent this unit for more than 2 people as it is pretty small.
