"I always like the my stay at the Hyatt. Clean, comfortable and 12pm check out."

"Very spacious room with a huge bathroom, big closet space, lots of space to keep suitcases/stuff, big window overlooking the pool. Very clean! Staff was very polite and nice. Room was a little outdated, outlets need to be updated (very loose - all of them) so chargers were falling out. Fridge was old and had rust on the inside. Shower fixtures should be updated (loose, old). Overall a great value!"

"The hotel is a decent stay. Breakfast was good (not great) and the room was comfortable. The dining area could’ve been bigger to allow for more guests to sit. There were some stains on the wall and the room’s doorway definitely wasn’t sound proof enough. Not expecting perfection, but could hear laughter and conversations loudly in the corridor. Walking through the corridor, you could actually hear other guests’ conversations in detail without trying. The bedroom window didn’t open (even though it looks like it was designed to). On that note, the concern of any recent fire inspections occurring was in question. If there was a fire on the floor in front my door, that would be a serious problem for emergency egress. Again, decent spot, but those concerns didn’t make for the best time there."

"Check-in was quick. Staff never smiled; they do not like people but are in the hospitality business. Room and floor very quiet while we were there. Ice bin out of commission. Shower curtain couldn’t keep water inside tub. Had to mop up. Only two towels in room. Security and locks on room door did not seem secure! Couldn’t access back parking lot due to disabled building badge access. Single women want to stay in safe and secure buildings. Did not try breakfast amenities. The room was clean. The a/c worked well in the room. Check out was quick. Could have been friendlier!"

"Good parking. No breakfast. That was the one drawback. But a clean, modernized, nice looking property with great staff that seem to enjoy their job. Happy to have stayed there"
