I had a great experience staying at the Ritz Carlton. The staff was incredible, very polite always smiling and very customer service oriented. A big thank you to Eko Wahyudi from the Ritz Club Lounge at the 26th floor , to Ana from the massage & sauna club at the 5th floor and ultimately a big thank to Iwan from the breakfast buffet lounge. Very attentive and genuine the 3 of you . I will never forget you. Great rooms , great pool great food , great Ritz Carlton .

We recently stayed here for the Kanye West concert, and the location could not have been more ideal. Being within easy walking distance of the venue made the entire evening completely stress-free—no fighting for expensive rideshares, no waiting in gridlocked post-show traffic, and no hassle, just a quick and easy stroll back to the hotel after an incredible night.
