"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—perfectly situated between the Magnificent Mile and the north side of the Chicago River. It felt safe and was within easy walking distance of everything, including restaurants, shopping, and Old Navy Pier. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They even allowed me to check in early so I could rest, which I really appreciated. The room itself was clean and comfortable. The only minor downside is that, since the building is older, the sound insulation isn’t perfect. On very quiet nights, you might hear occasional street noise, like sirens. That said, the hotel guests were generally quiet, so it wasn’t a major issue. Overall, this is my top choice for my next visit to Chicago, and I would definitely stay here again."
