What a find! Loved this place from the moment we clapped eyes on it. Positioned right at the entry to restaurant row Oxford Street, the theme is definitely in keeping with the mammoth impact and relevance of the Titanic to Southampton but without any cringey cheesyness that one might fear in a themed setting. Lovely staff are welcoming and helpful, room utterly delightful, and the breakfast was truly THE best we’ve had at any stay in the UK. Thank you for having us (at such short notice!).

Excellent location, loved sitting in the pub garden. Food was delicious. Staff were very helpful.

The Riverside is close to the centre of Salisbury but still easy to get to, no narrow streets and plenty of easy parking. The river view room was modern, clean, comfortable and very pleasant. The access to the garden and the river bank was a real plus. The breakfast buffet was good, fill up here and you will barely need lunch! The only minor problem is that the gravel on the car park isn't friendly to wheeled suitcases.

This was the nicest hotel I’ve stayed in for a very long time and I’ve spent the last 5 weeks in the US and UK and stayed in multiple accommodations. The room was delightful with every detail seen to. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and welcoming. Thank you .

Stunning hotel and event centre. We loved everything about the hotel when we married there 23 years ago, and again when we took our children for a stay this time. Couldnt possibly pick a better situation for this stunning hotel.

Property is adjacent to the beach area, we had a great view of the esplanade from our room. The check-in was great, probably the friendliest one on our 20 day trip around Europe. Room was run of the mill, bathroom could do with some modernisation together with some luxurious towels instead of the heavily used ones provided.

Good location

We stayed for one night and wished we stayed for longer ! The room was amazing and the staff helpful . This hotel was the highlight of our UK trip !
