The space was clean and comfortable, with two large bedrooms and a third that was still nicely sized—perfect for our family. The phone number listed on the reservation went straight to voicemail without a call back ever. I spent nearly 2 hours teying to figure out what I needed to do to check in, then calling Orbitz customer support and talkking with a rep and a supervisor and then finding another place to stay at the last minute. "
