"The "maintenance guy" was being awfully friendly with the front desk ladies.. they asked him to fix the front doors, and he just looked at them and left."

"I’ve been in the hospitality industry for 40 years so I’m pickier than most. The dust was very noticeable, the sheets had stains, 2 lightbulbs in the lamps were burned out and the toilet stopped filling the tank but it was fixed very quickly when I reported it. And the maintenance man was kind enough to explain the cause. Very nice staff, but the wear and tear on the property is evident"
