"We had quite the fiasco with this one. However, VRBO made it right in the long run. This is someone’s home- the BnB is in his basement. Upon check in, it was so well stocked! We were seeing what we still needed to go buy for the stay, we tried to open a cabinet and broke a child lock. He overreacted and kicked us out over it. Said he was afraid for his safety. Ridiculous. We offered to pay for it, he didn’t talk to us directly- he called Vrbo. Two hours later, we spoke with VRBO and they filled...
