"Room was cold on arrival and struggled to get warm all during our 1 night stay. Furniture and decor looked a bit tired."

"Wasn't my first visit and knew it would be as good as ever. If anything, the Christmas dinner had improved, it seemed larger. Room was perfect, shower was huge and easy to use. I slept like a log. Excellent breakfast too.My only criticism is the location because I don't drive but that's on me, not the hotel."
