The hotels air conditioner did not work The general manager on duty was phenomenal dealing with the issue Unfortunately, they were sold out and had to leave the hotel

I have been using this hotel every two years for the last 6 years total and it used to be a very nice, but during this trip it appears that maintenance in this facility has slid dramatically. Evidently door locks weren't installed properly making it difficult to access your assigned room, the carpet in hallways are not secure making it harder to roll luggage and, in my room originally assigned, the bed frame was not properly installed creating a possible trip and fall hazard.

Hello, I feel as though there was such a lack of interest all around. This was our 2nd stay in 18 months. I am disappointed in the friendliness of staff we interacted with. Our check in representative was great but unfortunately our room was not. We stayed in room 316 and our King sized bed had a king sized piece of wood sticking out under the bed about 8 inches. That could have been very dangerous had we not seen it first. Still unacceptable for any room. We were there for a wedding at the Palais Royale. so when we were able to check in it was time for the ceremony and we thought between that & the reception we would bring this to the hotel's attention but there was no time for that so it was what it was. When we checked out the gentleman that my husband spoke to was receptive to hearing about it and said he would let maintenance know but it wasn't until I turned in my key and was making final payment that I asked politely if possibly our parking could be waived since my husband did trip over it three times. He graciously agreed & I appreciated that but sure would have been nice to have had him suggest the parking waived. We had a corner king room, which did seem a little run down. The corner wallpaper was peeling and there were cobwebs. One other downside is the AC turning off sounded like a creaky door, which was a good scare in the middle of the night. other than that, the bed was comfortable, and the room was pretty clean! The shampoo and conditioner were very nice as well.

The room was filthy. The bathroom still had used towels from the previous guests. There was dust everywhere and the windows were disgustingly grimy.

Convenient area but room wasn’t vacuumed or dusted. Hair in bathroom, dusty tv/lights and noisy hallway at 1am due to a wedding or other event.

This hotel is in need of an overhaul. It is not a nice place. Breakfast buffet was mediocre at best. My bed was too hard and the shampoo and bar soap in bathroom dried my skin and hair. very low quality products. Carpet was worn throughout hotel, and glass in elevator was dirty/water spotted. I got the impression no one has paid any attention to the upkeep of this place in years. Sorry to have to say it, but stay was sub par for the $$$.

restaurant bar in lobby - think it was called Baker's didn't have enough staff. Service was beyond SLOW and stay needs to be trained for customer service. They wore on their shelve how much they didn't have enough help. Hotel is in need of some renovations. Very tired all the way around from common area to hotel rooms

1. The toilets don't flush properly. 2. The heat/AC sounds like a freight train running through your room every 20 minutes. 3. The hallways smell terrible (see #1). Staff was friendly but only so much they can do.

This property is highly outdated and doesn’t live close to being. Hilton property. The beds were the best part but the room and all else was still living in the 80s.

Only had 1 elevator in service during our stay. But only a minor inconvenience. No hot tub was a huge letdown. Restersunt menus online differed from actual. Having said all that.... property, staff, view, convinience were all excellent. Will absolutely book here again next spring

The best thing about this hotel is its location. It's in severe need of updates. 1/3 elevators were functional the first day, we were unable to get into our room upon arrival and required someone from maintenance to fix the lock, we extended our checkout but housekeeping still tried coming to our room while we were using it, and very disappointed for the quality based on the price I paid.

The Doubletree was a great choice for my stay. Conveniently located for a family celebration, I did not have a vehicle. Baker’s restaurant in the facility was convenient and had good food choices at a reasonable price. There were other restaurants near by and the Starbucks in the complex was also appreciated. Open and spacious it was great to move about.

Room was dirty, housekeeping cleaned all but air vent. When showed to front desk, oh that is engineer issue. Front desk offered complimentary drinks and apps. There was 1 employee working his tail off, not enough staff. Had to go through 3 bourbons they were out of to find one. Staff knew of issues and did there best. Would not stay again, unless total renovation.

Room air & heating unit did not function properly and the noise literally kept us up all night. Drapes did not close all the way and morning light was right in my face. Wall paper was peeling off the wall above the desk. Very low water pressure in the shower. It was a very disappointing stay and I would not recommend until they did an overall updating

Pros: Front Desk Staff (Andy?) was super friendly and welcoming. Cons: Both Toilet paper holders missing. 9th floor windows mostly obstructed by roof structure. Broken lights, fixtures. Towels were worn / scratchy. For some reason they run 2 demolition floor fans in the gym with doors open. This was true for 4 days straight. There was a ton of dust / dirt in the corners of the room. Water pressure extremely low. One of the buttons was missing in the elevator, with just a hole in the panel. General disrepair accross the board in the facility.
