SBE Hotel Group in South Beach

"I rate my stay at citizenM Miami South Beach a 10/10. I’m not sure what this other mixed reviews were saying but my experience was phenomenal. The aesthetics of this place surpassed my expectations. The hotel was just beautifully pleasing and an amazing stay that I highly recommend others experience. I had no issues here. My room was amazing, all electronic based, bed was comfortable, and was very clean. The air conditioner worked great and I always had hot water. The location was very convenient to all shopping and dining. This place was near an amazing smoothie/acai shop called Sunlife Organics, near a rooftop cinema and museum. I highly recommend and will definitely come back. "

"Negatives-Did not like the deposit policy, found hair on sheets,stains on curtains and dirty floors..my feet were black from the floors, walls are very thin you can hear everything Positives-ac was ice cold, balcony was nice, room had alot of windows to allow for natural light, hotel property was in great condition and staff was friendly and helpful, location is perfect walking distance to everything, virtual check in, mini bar on property was small but fun Overall- i would stay again the positives makeup for the few issues i had and i try to be understandable about cleaning since i owned a cleaning business.."

"Great place to stay in Key West. Close to everything. King suite was amazing. Two balconies (one overlooking the water where we watched the sunset every night). Multiple pools so you never feel crowded. Offers a shuttle service to beach and Duvall st. Staff was friendly and helpful with all questions "
