"We booked and the outdoor pool was closed. No mention of any recompense at all. Extremely disappointed and had to pay to get a day pass to another hotel due to the fact it was 42 degrees. The hotel is absolutely stunning but not worth 500 pound with no pool."

"quite a clean room but we only got 2 beds despite booking for 4. no working kettle or stove like shown in the pictures no glasses or bowls in the cupboards and the wifi was really bad"
