"The place and staff were amazing. The only issue was they said the room had a queen bed but it was not a true queen. Because of this the sheets were not a proper fit and they always came off during your sleep."

"The place was wonderful! We couldn't believe all the dishes, glasses, books, magazines. There was an excellent House Manual with pictures and descriptions answering all the common questions. It even had a section describing how to cross the road toward town safely as the property is located on a slight hill that makes it tricky to see oncoming cars (hint turn right twice to go left!) When in doubt, refer to the manual! Tiffiny is an amazing host and extremely responsive. She is positive, friendly, has a sense of humor and was very helpful. Our stay was a bit overcast most of the time but the sun finally came out our last afternoon and sitting on the back deck reading and enjoying the quiet was exactly what I had hoped for when I booked it. The others enjoyed rock painting, kayaking, and bird watching on the dock. Really enjoyable stay."

"The property was in an excellent location. Close to the harbor for fishing. Quiet neighborhood with walking trails close by. The beds were a little uncomfortable but other than that it was a great place to stay. Clean and new. Thanks Maria."

"Very well appointed two bedroom suite which is very clean. The place is lovely. Every detail has been thought through. Perfect for our family stay (many details for those with small kids). Very close to Sooke Potholes. Kitchen is wonderful."

"The house was clean when we arrived. Nice size house we were there 5 nights. No air conditioning which was okay. My beef was the sprinklers or some mechanical noise at 3 am. So you shut your windows and then it is hot?. My only other suggestion is maybe more Hotel like towels? Overall a great place to stay"
