"Unfortunately, we had a change of plans and could only use the place for two of the five nights we originally booked. Our host, however, billed us for all five, so I guess that's where they get rich. I reached out two weeks prior but wasn't given any refund. It's a great property, but as a future airbnb owner, I plan to treat my guests more reasonably as I understand plans change. Thanks for the lovely accommodations in spite of the ripoff! "

"We came to Spokane for a wedding and had a fantastic stay at this location. The home was perfect for our family group of 16. Having a carport to put our bikes in and a backyard for the kids to play in was amazing. It was a blessing to have the kitchen well stocked with the basics and a variety of dishes for cooking purposes.The host, Raven, was welcoming and responsive to our needs and questions. We highly recommend this place to families and those who want to be in a quiet neighborhood that is located with convenient access to nature. We would definitely stay here again!"

"The top sheet in the washer dryer room was dirty.The patio could be cleaner. The inside of the house was clean. The view was pretty. It was a ways down to the dock."

"This is a shared house with literal strangers. There is not enough parking because of so many guests having cars for 1 driveway. As we were leaving for our event the kitchen smelled of burnt toast. I can have that at home for free with my kids. It made for a bad get-a-way. The information for the entrance combination didn't come until mid morning the day of travel, that was stressful. The room was very nice; felt new clean , fresh smelling. Towels and linens were if high quality. Was charged additional fee for a 2nd person, but only one set of towels was provided. If we wanted to sit with strangers we would have gone be to a hotel, we will not be back."
