Main floor living room with smart TV, high speed internet. There is a Study/Bedroom on the main floor as well as a sunroom and washer/dryer! Upstairs features 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a Sauna! The basement includes a 65'' smart tv, kids games, 3 twin beds, 2 queen auto-inflate air mattresses, extra sheets, pack n play, toddler kitchen and toys! The backyard is fully fenced and includes a BBQ grill! The pool is operational from Memorial Day until October 1st, please inquire with further details and questions! Guest Access:
Entire home, garage, and private back yard

- 2 vehicles can be parked in the garage
- 2 additional vehicles can be parked in the driveway
- Additional street parking is available on a first come, first served basis

Close to Shopping, Restaurants, Grocery, and a great Walking neighborhood as well!

Other Things to Note:
The property requires stairs and may be difficult for guests with limited mobility
- The owners do the best they can to remove any snow prior to your arrival, but a de-icer and snow shovel are available in the garage should you need them
- Trash/recycling day is on Thursday. If you’re at the property on a Thursday, please bring the trash down to the curb for pick-up. Guests will be charged $40 for missed trash day!
-We recommend keeping the Sauna under level 7 and are NOT responsible for injuries. Level 10 will make the bars on the shelf and the essential oil bottles VERY HOT
-Yard is fully fenced
- Pool gate has been REMOVED owners are NOT responsible or liable for injuries period, including those associated with the pool.
- The Grill is a convenience but propane is not guaranteed to always be full. If there is some there, you are free to use it, otherwise please fill your own!
- No lifeguard on duty.
- Guests are to acknowledge the pool is at-own-risk
- Read all pool rules, disclosures, waivers - hosts are not responsible for injuries
