The space

Upstairs, discover four spacious bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and even a private sauna for ultimate relaxation.

The basement is designed for fun and flexibility: enjoy a 65” smart TV, kids’ games, three twin beds, two queen auto-inflate air mattresses (with extra linens), a pack ’n play, toddler kitchen, and plenty of toys.

Outdoors, the fully fenced backyard is perfect for gathering, complete with a BBQ grill. Take a dip in the sparkling pool (operational Memorial Day–October 1, please inquire for details) or unwind year-round in the hot tub. Important Property Information & Rules
-This home requires stairs and may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.
-The owners do their best to clear snow before arrivals; a de-icer and shovel are available in the garage if needed.
-For guest safety, there is an exterior camera at the front door.
-The sauna should not be set above level 7. At higher settings (e.g., level 10), the bars and essential oil bottles become extremely hot and may cause burns. Guests use the sauna at their own risk.
-The yard is fully fenced.
-The pool gate has been removed. Owners are not liable for any injuries, including those associated with pool use.
-The pool is open seasonally (Memorial Day – October 1st). No lifeguard is on duty. Guests use the pool and hot tub at their own risk.
-The BBQ grill is provided as a convenience; propane is not guaranteed. If the tank is empty, guests are responsible for refilling.
-Guests must read and acknowledge all pool and hot tub rules, disclosures, and waivers. Hosts are not responsible for injuries.

Hot Tub Rules
-No food or drinks in the hot tub.
-Shower or rinse off before use.
-Turn off all jets, lights, and waterfalls after use and replace the cover.
-Children must be supervised at all times.
-Guests use the hot tub at their own risk; owners are not responsible for injuries.
-Failure to follow rules resulting in damage or unusable water will incur a $200 cleaning/replacement fee.
