Our host, however, billed us for all five, so I guess that's where they get rich. I reached out two weeks prior but wasn't given any refund. It's a great property, but as a future airbnb owner, I plan to treat my guests more reasonably as I understand plans change. Thanks for the lovely accommodations in spite of the ripoff! "
