"This was our second time to FoxKit Cottage. Whale watching from the deck was epic this time around. Beautiful walks on the beach with harbor seals keeping an eye on you. Sunset and the views are priceless. Quiet, Peaceful, & Cozy! "

"Upon arrival my two kids ages 10 and 15 wandered throughout the place and were impressed by the size and layout. Very large bedrooms in the main house with king size high quality beds. Very clean and very open views of ocean from living room, kitchen, bedrooms. Heated bathroom floors too! Second unit was for my mother and included king bed, en suite bathroom, kitchenette, and separate outdoor deck. Images and description on VRBO are accurate. Very short, pleasant walk to beach. Short drive to Bodega Bay and surrounding beaches. We enjoyed flying the kites and using the beach chairs and toys that are all provided. BBQ and fire pit work great. Clean and well managed property. Very successful stay for us. Thanks!"
"Every summer, right after our son gets home from college, we plan a trip with our dearest friends who also has a son. (They may be dearest friends too.) Our boys bring their closest friends. It’s a small group and it’s the time every reconnects and celebrates summer, friendships and be back together. I could not think of a better place than RRYC for such things. We have been to so many places, but this hit different. It was welcoming, cozy and really just perfect for a group gathering. What a beautiful location. Thank you for sharing such a lovely space with us. We laughed, we cooked, we hot tubbed, we got on the river and cooked smores by the fire. We played games around the dining room table and curdled up watching movies in the living room. Our trip was perfect. Thank you. "

"Spectacular views!! Easy communication with the host even though she was traveling. Loved the gas fireplace, hot tub that faces the pasture and a fire pit on the Ocean side she had ready to light. This cottage is comfortable but not luxurious. We were good with this because we wanted our Labrador to accompany us. Many of the restaurants close early so plan dinners at home or order takeout to enjoy the sunset. Be aware there are stairs up to the cottage which can slow down a retired senior. Wi-Fi worked well. Thank you! we would love to return soon. "
"The house has amazing views and we loved the outdoor area and fire pit. Great beach access (the highway wasn’t too busy, but cars go really fast so beware when crossing). Loved the pool table and view from the couch in the game room. Plenty of space to relax between the game room and family room sofas. Kitchen is small but well appointed. Already looking forward to our next visit! "
