"One of the best hotels I've ever stayed! It is just FANTASTIC service. Simple. It started before we even arrived: they don't have 24hr reception so kept in touch and arranged for someone to be there to greet us. Our flight was delayed and we'd miss dinner so they prepared a delicious Insalata Caprese that was ready for us in the room when we arrived at almost midnight. "We had a nice stay in Etna wine country. This property is in the midst of dramatic volcanic rock from the 1983 eruption. The junior suite was oddly designed, with the bed upstairs in a loft area separated from the bath by a very steep, narrow staircase. Inconvenient for elders or anyone who needs to use the restroom at night. "

"This place was lovely, right on the slopes of mount Etna. Guiseppe and Louisa were fantastic hosts and were very friendly and helpful. Good set up of our apartment with separate living space to bedroom with lots of room. Only downside was small shower and no AC. On the day we were leaving they were quite happy for us to take our time as room was free for that day so woke up late and after sorting ourselves out we took a tour of the winery.
