"We stayed in this hotel to discover the center of La spezia and cinque terre. As soon as we entered, we received a warm welcome from John at reception, he was exceptional very friendly and helpful! He gave us recommendations for good restaurants, kept our luggage after checkout and made our stay enjoyable:) The hotel is very close to the beach and ferries, many dining options nearby! It was easy to get around. Super clean and the staff are very friendly, I recommend!"

"I had great hopes for this hotel but fell short a little. The property is nice and well done but does not offer anything beyond a room and a, lets call it "sufficient" breakfast. Unless you use the spa area which looks great on the pictures, there is just nothing else. The view is great, the location is great and the hotel is in great condition. Hence the reason for the 5-star but it sure is lacking something a little more. Parking is a bit of a pain and loading/unloading should be better explained in an initial email before arriving. We blocked the road by mistake. No elevator, for whoever may need that. We were fine. Just would have liked to love it 100%"

"The owners were very sweet and welcoming despite the language barrier we shared. It’s a rural location which we didn’t mind but you would definitely need a car. Dinners were really good as well. The view from the property was stunning."
