"The hotel is very well located near the main restaurants and in close proximity to the Satazione Centrale, Central train station to ride the train to Monteroso, Vernazza and the other towns in Cinqueterre. The down side was that we had some ants bothering us in the bathroom."

I had entered the city a little bit earlier than expected and within five minutes a staff member was there to assist in letting us in, even though they were not operating during these hours. The elevator was a total joke—-it didn’t stop on the 2nd or 3rd floor—-we had to schlep our luggage up one flight or down two!
