"Top notch service! The customer service provided by Simona was perfect. We had a very early checkout which required a ride to the train station and she made the arrangements on our behalf. The room was clean and modern (both robes and slippers were provided). The breakfast buffet was amazing and offered everything from fresh fruits and pastries to pancakes and bacon and eggs. I only wished we could have stayed longer. "

"It was very relevant to the environment. There are lots of hikes around. The staff contacted us via WhatsApp. But we didn't had internet while driving to Cinque Terre. We arrived after midnight. The envelope with all the details and the keys was waiting for us. We safely got to the room. If you are driving your car will be parked in a garage for extra 25euro.
