"There was not enough staff and Francis was not a very good front desk associate. She was dishonest and very impolite. Everyone else was great!"

"I didn’t remove my shoes except before getting into bed. That should say it all. I had seen something stuck on the floor. The mopping job seemed very sloppy. The cabinet door in front of the fridge wouldn’t close, so you had to walk around it. I did not use the shower, although it looked fine. Considering how dirty the main floor was, I didn’t trust it. "

"We never had to turn on the heat as the room was warm. But we kept the balcony door open, which was lovely so we could hear the wind and waves. It would’ve been helpful if they had a sign about where the ice machine was. We went searching and ended up getting locked out and outside on a cold and rainy day. Had to walk around the property and back in the front entrance and ask the staff where the ice machine was. FYI it’s on the third and eighth floor. "

"Overall a good stay. The breakfast could use some upgrading. The apple juice and OJ were mostly water and a bacon breakfast sandwich option would be nice. "
