The staff was friendly and heloful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Definitely would stay at this lovely hotel again. Location was also great.

Staff was awesome!
The room didn’t lock on the sliding door to the balcony. The hot tub was out of Commission and we chose HI so we could relax in hot tub on winters snowy day. The pool was not very clean or warm.
One of the newest hotels in Ocean City. Beautiful Bayside views.Very clean room and excellent helpful staff. Excellent free morning breakfast buffett which certainly helped with Ocean City visit budgeting.There was no tv channel information. A/C-Heating controls hard to initially understand. System is somewhat based on motion sensing. We would certainly stay there again.
The room was beautiful and comfortable! The new renovations were very nice. Staff and front desk wonderful and helpful. Breakfast very good, I just wish they would switch out and not have 3 hot buffets with all the same items. Maybe do 2 hot buffets with same and the third have bacon, French toast sticks, or biscuits and gravy. Always enjoy our stay there at Hampton. We book every year when we come down for the Ocean City Comic Con.

The only complaint we had was that the shower water was not hot but only warm. All was clean and staff very friendly and helpful
Location, hotel and staff were awesome. The Pet Friendly advert seems great, but read the small print. It does not mean it’s included and will cost an extra $75 per dog. This was not made clear when we purchased the room.
