"I stayed there for vacation with my two young children and I had to upgrade my room to a bigger room with a small kitchen. Although it was a little more expensive it was worth it because you have a full refrigerator and a place to eat. We really enjoyed the hospitality of the property manager. We also really enjoyed saying there it was in walking distance to everything."

"A very nice, clean and relatively modern studio that was as advertised. Location is not too bad, fairly close to the beach, but away from most craziness. The beach that is within walking distance was very crowded, but thats to be expected on Memorial Day weekend. Overall I would recommend this place and would book it again"

"When we arrived, we were able to park in the covered garage and immediately go up to our condo. We had plenty of space to unpack and set up comfortably. The balcony area has a wonderful view of the ocean and always has a nice breeze. The condo was clean and sufficient for our needs. Thank you Darlene for letting us use your condo. "We had the upstairs apartment in the back of the main house. It was very clean and comfortable.very easy check in and out with the homeowner It has a beautiful courtyard with plenty of outdoor space for a quiet night just sitting around with friends. Very close to the beach and the boardwalk and some really nice restaurants. Would highly recommend this place to family and friends or even another long weekend trip."

"This is one of the best places for off season renting. It"s quiet yet right on the beach so you can hear the waves. It was raining almost the whole time but we still had a great visit. Beds were very comfy and that is very important to me. The bathrooms were clean and updated. Kitchen was ok with an older coffee pot and sparse dishes,silverware. Lots of pots and pans. So, I'd say replace to coffee pot with a new one or Keurig and just an extra set of plates and silverware. We will be re-renting...

"We got what we paid for. Not complaining at all. It's bare bones. If you get a room you get a bed , fridge, tv, microwave. Our view was right on the boardwalk and could see and hear the ocean which was equally one of our favorite parts. Slept so good. The downside is just because it can get a little noisy at certain periods because you are right on the boardwalk, but it was nothing overwhelmingly loud. Just be aware that you can hear the sounds of the boardwalk. Would definitely book here again...
