"Staff were friendly and helpful, the parking cost per day was outrageously high. Even for self parking. It’s clear that the hotel has been used and worn down in public ares. Paint missing, broken light fixtures, some unexplained markings on the wall. I was there 3 nights and not once was my room made up or towels collected or any kind of torn down service which was disappointing. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious and clean. This is an average hotel at best with the price being the best thing going for it. Low on amenities and thrills."

"One of the Airlines sent a huge group of Travelers there due to flight cancellations ... but Front Desk Clerk BARBARA & Crew were like 'Human Tornadoes' servicing everyone until about 11:00 that night. Hotel is minutes from the Airport, & around some good Seafood Restaurants & Sportsbars within walking distance."

"The check in was terrible. I arrived at 1 am and called ahead to notify I was going to be late. Nobody was at the front desk an the entrance door to the hotel was locked. Employee at the front desk was hidden in a side room unseen and not answering when I knocked on the door. Another customer thankfully responded and got the employee to appear and open the front door for us. The employee was not courteous or helpful. Terrible"

"My flight was cancelled so I made a last minute reservation. I waited a long time for the shuttle, the shuttle driver from Holiday inn said he could take us. The shuttle back to the airport the next day was on time and comfortable."
