"We had a total of 12 people in our group and this property setup was perfect. People ages 8 months to 65 years. Location was great for exploring Snaefellness but not too far away from Reykjavik to discourage golden circle activities. Road is pretty easy to find, don’t need 4x4 but take it slow. Need cell phone access for getting to the property. We got to see northern lights while there so that was nice. Absolutely recommend staying here"

"Loved the house and cabin too! Great base camp for area explorations. Our only difficulty was the stove and microwave as we dont have these types in Canada but owners were so patient with our questions and Rob was very interesting to talk to! Would stay here again for sure. "

"The stay was great. Nicest hotel we’ve stayed at in Iceland so far. My only complaint was the cod at dinner was not fresh. It has an ammonia taste to it which was unfortunate but everything else was great. "
