In wall heater/ ac did not work. Portable heater in room was also non- functional. Fortunately there were good blankets on a comfortable bed. Good breakfast in the morning. Considering the lower price than the alternatives, it was well worth the price of the stay

Pillows and linens stained and looked un-clean. Slept outside of the bedding. Heat/thermostat unresponsive. Cold night. Almost no lighting. Probably on purpose to hide the gross. Place should be bulldozed.

Our Window was unsecured n taped shut with clear plastic n duct tape.. our bath tub was painted over and had a big tear in it which was lifted.. the tiles in the bathroom stayed wet for the 2 nights we stayed there .. Complained first night but they didnt do anything or move us to different room..

The property is disgustingly dirty. The showers are covered in scum. The non smoking rooms smell like 60 years of heavy cigarette smoke. The mattress appears to be used and abused. Towels are hard. Pillows are circles.

Smelled like cigarette smoke in the room. If these walls could talk I’m sure they’d puke. This is a last resort booking. Rooms need an overhaul. Terrible mattress and pillows.

It was a decent place to stay. It’s an older motel. Clean room that I was in. Room was cleaned daily. It’s a top of the line motel but it does in a pinch if you only need a night or two stay

Last minute stop and they were very accommodating. Quiet room and free parking. The place needs updating, but I think they are aware of that already. Has that 80’s vibe and still smell of the same smoke. At the end of the day, I slept well.

This hotel is very uncared for, I’m not sure they invest any of the money back into it at all. The beds and furniture probably have not been updated since the hotel was built. The heater in the room is very loud and I could not sleep with it on. TV remote did not work. Shower/Tub looks like it’s from the 90’s. It’s a good thing I brought my own blanket and pillow because there is no way I would have climbed in that bed. Don’t waste your money on this place.

Defrauded Money!!!
They defrauded me damage deposit of $100 on visa payment. Unreturned. I did not authorize them to use my Visa card. They made me put $300 cash on top of the $100 security they took without my authorization when I told them clearly, I will pay in cash instead. The heater did not work, the lights did not work. The windows were busted. They only cleaned the room once for a four night stay. Most of the time, there was no one at front desk.

Good basic hotel but lacking amenities
The free hot breakfast was very basic. A couple trays were empty when i went to dish up but were refilled quickly when I alerted the staff. Rooms are in need of repair but there does seem to be ongoing renovations going on. Lounge is only open 5:30 to 9:00 PM and despite having restaurant hours posted I never saw it open in the 3 days I was there. Also no elevator on site and many rooms are on the second floor.

It is a lesson in supply and demand. No one would stay here at this price except the fire evacuations mean everything else is booked. So I can't complain since they did have a room! Didn't let them photocopy personal ID cards. It is not required by law and is asking for identity theft! Breakfast was stale cheerios and coffee and obvious mouse detritus on the floor.

The front desk person was very nice, but when checking in they said my room number out loud which concerned me, as I was traveling alone and there were other people around. The motel has a definite odor and could use a deep clean.

Avoid at all costs.
Checked in, this hotel is over 1/2 shut down/condemned. Had uneasy feeling checking in (was only place available in town when booking), and then the room was wore down and grungy, T.V. wasn't working and opened the window to find someone passed out outside my window on the grass (appeared on drugs). Called around and found a different hotel due with availability due to a cancellation, so left and stayed there. The hotel refused to cancel or refund, and wouldn't answer calls from hotels.com to confirm the situation. I spoke to the front desk worker before leaving and returned the key, so he knew the situation.

Booked for two nights. I should’ve read the review first. The hotel needs a upgrade immediately. The carpet is filthy and wet. A/C doesnt really cool down the room. The lamps weren’t working when we entered. First night I could feel the moisture and the humidity is crazy. I even saw the water piling on the windows in the morning. OPEN THE WINDOW if you feel the same in the room!! It helps to reduce the humidity in the room. The housekeepers and service was disappointing. We left at 2:30 and instructed to have the room clean (only to change the trash and replace new towels) but it’s not done when we returned at 6pm. Was told that there’s no housekeeping after 3 but I saw the housekeeping staff around before we left. I also believe the housekeepers needs a proper training too. Ordered takeout from the restaurant. It was okay but a but overpriced. Breakfast was fine. Complimentary juice is a great. The only reason I gave 3 stars because the front desk did his best to assist us. To change the bulbs of the lamps and answered our questions.
