"No breakfast, laundry room, or business center. All were closed. Air conditioner struggled to keep the room comfortable. Woke up and watched 4 or 5 mice scatter out of my snack bags on the dresser. Packed up and left. When I called to speak with management 3 times I have been ignored. I wanted a refund but I guess now you all get to hear the review instead. This place is absolute garbage. Inside of lobby looks good and pool looked nice. Other than that please dont waste your money on this place. I had to wash all my clothes and left all my food behind due to the mouse infestation."

"We did not eat breakfast at the hotel. There were holes in the our widow had been taped up because it had been broken. The floor was buckling. The curtains were torn and the beds were anything but comfortable. By the time breakfast came around we were ready for this experience to be done. "

"When we arrive at the hotel, there was no toilet paper, tissue paper or hand soap, and they didn’t even have a shower curtain. We had to go to the front desk to request the items. The shower curtain issue dragged for two days so the first two days we had to shower without it and water was splashing all over the bathroom making it slippery. We had to use the towels to dry the floor and so we didn’t have enough towels to use for to dry our bodies. The room also smelled like dogs and you could tell things were just not very clean. And on top of all that the bed was terrible. It was slanted and you could feel the springs in the mattress so I I would wake up every morning with a sore back. I did complain to the front desk and they said they would just make a note. They didn’t offer to change the room or anything like that. I would not recommend going back to this place. Also, I’m not sure if they didn’t plan correctly for the number of guests, or what, but they will run out of breakfast items before breakfast time was over leaving people without stuff to eat."

"Price gouging due to TT graduations. Room had stained carpet, ice machine was broke, had no WI-FI or TV for first day and a half, no coffee pot in room, no water pressure in shower."

"Friendly staff and convenient location to college campus"

"Arrived at the site and was told they did not accept 3rd party bookings. This is probably on Expedia but I was stuck with no room on graduation week after driving 9 hours. Hotel staff offered a room for way over twice the standard price. Expedia was also no help and didn’t even refund the price until the next day."
