"This is a beautiful canyon rim view property. The first year that we went I took all sorts of things because I wanted my kids and grands to be comfortable. I did not need 90%, the property is beautifully appointed and well equipped in the kitchen, tv in every room. They have tried to think of everything. Lots of extra towels. They have extras of all the important things. We go during the winter and the house stays warm. They even had set up a Christmas tree. All the beds are comfortable. We really love coming here for a weekend get away. "

"We couldn’t check in until after 6pm due to maintenance issues. The bathroom/shower was functional but could use some quality repair work. An alarm of some kind possibly a fire alarm was going off in the early morning hours for quite a while but I didn’t see anyone in the hallway on the 1st floor to ask what was going on "
