"Very filthy hotel . Piss stained old mattresses and uncomfortable. Linens were all stained. Pillows old, stained and uncomfortable. Broken light fixtures, filthy refridgerator, filthy floors, trim missing on floor. Shameful for such a well known company."

"Absolutely DISGUSTING. This hotel should be condemned. The first room had blood stains on the comforter, what looked like bullet holes in the wall, and the carpet was so torn up you could see the concrete underneath. The key card wiring was literally hanging out of the door. They switched our room and apologized, but the second room was no better. It smelled like cigarettes and car oil, and once again the key card system was hanging off the back of the door. This place is NOT livable. Horrible doesn’t even begin to describe it. DO NOT STAY HERE. Save your money and your safety."

"Nice, spacious room with good amenities. Check in is by texted code as the hotel consists of a few rooms on the 3rd floor of Pioneer Condos, so there were no interactions with staff and no daily housekeeping, which was absolutely not a problem for our short stay. Location in downtown is very quiet, but there is a restaurant in the building, a brewery in the building, and an excellent coffee shop (Nashwell) across the street. Parking was easy as was getting around Lubbock. "

"No breakfast, laundry room, or business center. All were closed. Air conditioner struggled to keep the room comfortable. Woke up and watched 4 or 5 mice scatter out of my snack bags on the dresser. Packed up and left. When I called to speak with management 3 times I have been ignored. I wanted a refund but I guess now you all get to hear the review instead. This place is absolute garbage. Inside of lobby looks good and pool looked nice. Other than that please dont waste your money on this place. I had to wash all my clothes and left all my food behind due to the mouse infestation."

"We did not eat breakfast at the hotel. There were holes in the our widow had been taped up because it had been broken. The floor was buckling. The curtains were torn and the beds were anything but comfortable. By the time breakfast came around we were ready for this experience to be done. "

"The beds were uncomfortable and squeaky, the lamp had exposed wires, the room window glass was broke and taped up, the tv had a big blue line down the screen, curtain was filthy and bedding was definitely not cozy as advertised. We requested another room or a discount and neither could be accommodated. Disappointing stay for almost 3 times the regular rate with it being graduation weekend."
