"Loved the location which is one block from main shopping area. Staff was super helpful and attentive. We stayed in a king balcony room and pls note that they are very small rooms. I usually compare room sizes but their website did not list SQ footage. . Our first room had a very bad cat smell and we asked immediately to move to another room. Graciously, the mgr gave us another room and it smelled better but it still had a faint cat smell. Later in our 3 night stay we overheard another guest complaining about the same. Apparently cats were once allowed but no longer. We also had a difficult time finding a charger in the town and were told most travel 30 min to charge. The cooler weather trumped all these issues and we actually extended our stay by a day"

"Very helpful and friendly staff. Room was very clean. A bit dated but it was clean, very spacious, and had a beautiful and peaceful view from the balcony. Lighting in the parking lot and drive to the room was a bit dark."

"First, we did not know this was a rehab timeshare.. It was built around an abandoned golf course in the Sapphire Valley. The architecture is probably from the 70s. Check again was horrible. You go to a check-in center and then have to drive back 2 miles to your property with an amount from 1992. That show shows you how to find your property. It was very stressful coming in late and tired. We got off to a terrible start. Once we got in the room it was nice because it was a one bedroom suite and we had a sitting area and aFirst, we did not know this was a rehab timeshare.. 8-Bedroom Mountain Lodge in Sky Valley Near Golf and Highlands

"Beautiful home with a wonderful view from a large covered porch (including an hourly serenade from chapel bells in the valley!). Parking space for 6-7 cars. The living/kitchen area is very spacious with plenty of room for the 13 people in our group. The kitchen was clean and well stocked with a large island and lots of storage. The bedrooms were spacious. The bathrooms were clean and stocked with more than enough towels and washcloths. Access to the community pool is included, which was great. A couple of things to be aware of: two of the bedrooms overlooking the living room have cut-out windows with folding doors covering them which don't block noise or light from the living room. (Box fans were provided which helped block noise.) One of the bedrooms downstairs is accessible only through a bathroom leading into another bedroom. It would be good for a couple with kids; probably not if you wanted to use it for two couples. Also, we love to play pool, but the pool table is in a separate building down some steep stairs, so we only used it one night. Despite those minor issues, our group loved this weekend away. The house invites you to relax!"

"The room was good, but the lady in the office was VERY rude. She tried to tell me that I booked a different type of room and that I was wrong. I showed her my reservation and she gave me the correct room. She was a very angry lady."
