"Wow, tucked away in Helen, Ga is this luxurious, quiet, full service hotel resort. The room was laid out very nicely with a sitting area, fireplace and tv. Really nice size bathrm for a hotel, with even a door for a private toilet. We had one of the

rooms, our chihauhau loved the treats they had for her. The food was excellent, the pool very nice, we played pickle ball, we did not check out the golf course. The staff was always very pleasant and accommodating, A definite return. "

"I was skeptical about booking after reading reviews however with the price being so good we stayed anyways. The hotel is old ans d it shows, but its clean. The rooms are updated but still show wear and tear. The beds are very comfortable!! Plenty of towels etc. Basic room. The sheets had rips in them, i contacted the front desk so they woupd know we didnt cause the rips. They have an incidental sheet and will charge you for damages. The housekeeping is great, very helpful and we really liked them. The pool is absolutely wonderful. The fire pit needs to be reserved so tell the front desk. Its fun we had a good time after swimming late. The breakfast is very small just fyi.The coffee is ok.There is a grocery store nextdoor that has excellent breakfast and lunch, dinner. Its a deli. BETTY'S, remember that! The hotel is in walking distance to the river, shops, restaurants. Very happy with the location. We will be back!!"
