"I stayed here for 3 nights while on business in Murphy. The valet staff here are outstanding! Toby went above and beyond normal duty when he helped me locate my lost cell phone. I was stressed out because I had a 12-hour Drive ahead of me and his calm and friendly demeanor made my day much nicer. Everyone I met here from housekeeping, security, registration were all absolutely wonderful. I will stay here again just for the employees!"

"Front desk employee was amazing. She checked us in and also printed/shared the history of Helen. She was very sweet. The breakfast employee was also sweet and polite. The building is outdated in places, it can use an outdoor facelift ans new windows. The pool area can use some fresh paint and a good pool cleaning and painting update. The bathrooms were clean and updated. The room were clean, but can also use some updated paint and fresh flooring. We wish we had more time to explore the history and visit shops. "
