"The property was great but I was traveling and it took me over 45 minutes to check in the communication between Expedia and the hotel was not adequate. It took forever. I was tired and cranky. Once we got checked in everything was fine but it took a long time the hotel did not have our reservation."

"Definitely some drug activity going on the premises. People working on their cars in the parking lot, some guy walked past me in my car at 3 am asking if I wanted smoke, bed sucked pillows were paper thin. The room wasn’t even cleaned before I got there, the fridge was full of food and expired milk and when I went to throw it all out it spilled because caps weren’t on so essentially I had to clean the room myself. Annoying when you’re exhausted from work and just want to rest and expect at least a clean room."

The TV, phones, and wifi didn't work and the pool was fairly small and dominated by a foreign family toys all over it that actually forced a teen (not part of their group) to leave because they were splashing him while he was attempting to read and the father was staring at my wife."
