Getting to the guesthouse was a bumpy ride, be careful midway as there is a big difference in elevation, our suv most definitely hit the ground pretty hard. Other than this instance, the host was sweet and greeted me and gave me a tour for the guesthouse. The room was quaint and the facilities were clean. There is a hot tub in the back but i wasn’t able to check it out, though it wouldve been nice if I wasnt so tired. Would recommend! :)

Cabins were nice and clean. The area is off of the ring road so it is a little secluded which we thought was perfect. Only issue was we stayed in mid September and the restaurant was closed and the other restaurant in town was also closed. The convenience store did have hot food which worked out fine.

The bed and bedding was really comfortable. I really liked having a sink in my room. The guesthouse was easy to get to and staff was friendly and very helpful. I also like that staff was here at check in.

This place was a fantastic end stop along the Ring Road of Iceland on or way to Reykjavik. It is spotlessly clean, well appointed for friends traveling together or families and very quiet. The people are very nice and we would definitely come back.

The property is located about 12km from Route 1 and quite a scenic drive. We booked two cabins (two couples) and both were in great condition. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure of the shower was good. It was also one of the few places during our Iceland ring road tour that provided shampoo/bodywash which was nice.

Our check-in was a disaster. Got our keys, went to our cabin, and it wasn't made up. Went down the hill, got keys to a different cabin, and it wasn't made up, either. The man who handled our check-in- a very nice Croat- went back up with me and opened doors until he found a cabin that was ready for occupancy. We ended up in a triple, so not a lot of floor space. The common kitchen is at the campsite, which is a bit of a hike and a steep hill from the cabins. There is also no oven and no microwave- just stovetop, sink, and grill.

The hotel was difficult to locate, In the middle of no where. Thanks to the GPS on our phone we found it. They did not provide breakfast. Had to find a place.

We got in late and left early and didn't get to see or do much. Staff was very friendly. Sharing bathroom was something I was not use to doing but it worked out.

Clean cabin.
This not a fancy / luxurious hotel. More of cabin for the area. No bath in the room. Great staff. Really clean. We liked it. We would stay again.

추천합니다!
여행 중 가장 낭만적인 숙소였음. 별채여서 가족끼리 단란하게 지낼 수 있었고, 주방조리기기 등 필요한 시설이 모두 깔끔하게 갖추어져 있어서 편했음. 날씨가 좋으면 오로라도 충분히 볼 수 있을 환경임.

Le camere sono comode e pulite ma se la gente nel corridoio parla come in un salotto non dormi.la cucina esterna un incubo, devono controllarla di più se viene utilizzata correttamente.

絶対泊まらないで。
先ず部屋が狭い。 湯沸かし器も無い。 勿論冷蔵庫も無い。 窓を開けないと換気出来ない、窓からは蠅が沢山入って来る。 (裏が牧場だから) 風呂の洗面台蛇口が壊れて居る。 絶対避けたいゲストハウス！！

Sorry, you didn't like your stay with us. As you can see when you book the house, you can see the size, and you can see there is no refrigerator. There is a water heater, but not air conditioning, as we live in Iceland and do not use that often. Our neighbour has few horses, yes, and many people own horses in the countryside.

Très bon séjour en cabanon
Les cabanons sont vraiment très bien équipées et confortables. On peut profiter de la cuisine du camping. Accès aux bains chauds sans supplément.

Super bien placé pour du kayak/canoë ou pour visiter les maisons et église de tourbe au toit végétal Accueil très sympathique une cuisine où on peut manger au sec/chaud dispo dans le camping, les denrées pouvant être confiées au personnel qui les mettent au frigo. Les chambres et sanitaires de l’hôtel sont propres. Petit déjeuner ou repas disponible à l’hôtel mais non testé

멋진 주변 경관^^
기대보다 넓고 편안했던 곳입니다. 난방도 따뜻했고 주변 경관도 멋졌습니다. 다만 예약한 방이 제일 꼭대기에 있어서 wifi는 거의 연결되지 않았습니다. 리셉션 부근에서는 괜찮았습니다.

Cottage is simply what we loved
Lived in a little cottage with private toilet and bathroom. It's clean, tidy and have a nice view odutside the windows. It's simply what we loved.
