"Casa Scaligeri is right in the middle of the heart of lovely Sirmione, near the castle and port for boat rides. The helpful woman at the front desk (Tanina?). Took care of all our needs. She had great recommendations and gave good instructions on how to park and get the shuttle to the hotel. "

"The hotel is really cool and in a very old structure. Appointed very well with modern amenities but still keeping a lot of the old world charm. Located perfectly to visit the Santuario La Donna Della Corona. Breakfast was large and plenty of choices. The staff was great! They were eager to answer questions or help arrange for needs. "

"Stayed 1 night. AC would not work do we kept the window open all night. About a 30 min drive from bordolino down a skinny road with lots of bikers makes it longer to get to than it may seem on a map. No swimmable beach super close to property either "

"The cleaning products used here have an extremely strong smell and the rooms would be unsafe for anyone with scent or chemical sensitivities. The staff did their best to help by switching us into a room that hadn’t been cleaned that day, but even there, with the balcony door wide open and keeping a mask on, the smell was still enough to cause dizziness after a couple hours. The rooftop pool is great and the staff were lovely, but ultimately after a few hours we had to find another hotel to stay...

"One of the most beautiful places we've ever stayed in. The villa faces lovely Lake Garda with wide views of other villas on hillsides. We had a corner room with a terrace looking out at the lake. It was very spacious. We slept well. Francesco is a wonderful host.The breakfast was wonderful with generous offerings of meats, cheeses, pastries, etc."
