Convenient stay in a god location

This is probably the 4th or 5th time I have stayed here and it checks most boxes usually. Convenient location, good selection of restaurants below the hotel, swimming pool is decent. All in all a good option to stay while in Singapore.

Great hotel on Robertson Quay

Hotel was located at Robertson Quay and the room had a beautiful river view. There were many restaurants within a 1 minute walk. We were able to walk all over Singapore based on its location.

Very small room, no place for more one case. More appropriate for single people. Up stairs extra room but difficult for older people climbing the stairs with a case. Area around excellent.

The pool, the gym, and the lounge area on the second floor are nice and relaxing. They are all outdoor but very well cleaned and maintained and pleasant. But the hotel floor we stayed smelled like very strong perfume while the room smelled damp and unpleasant. We got used to it after a few days but every time I opened the door, it smelled. Maybe it is inevitable because the region is always extremely humid and hot.

Always stay in Studio M if the room is available for more than a decade. Perfect location, comfortable and clean room, Simple but nice breakfast. The only issue is only one service person in front desk. I understand hotel wanna move check-in into autmatic process with QR code, but in fact the system is really not good. So either improve the system or add 1 or 2 more front desk persons

Somewhat close to Chinatown area, while you need to go up and down the overpass stairs. It is not close to the Metro and it is inconvenient to get to the sightseeing hub. The facility in the hotel closes very quickly and there are no bathroom on the 1st or lobby area. If you checked out, then you are out of your luck. It is so hard to check in to the hotel, since you have to do all the registration on your phone. The lobby is so tiny that it becomes like a zoo often. There are not enough seats for anyone in the lobby to sit.

Appreciate the daily room clean and the complimentary water and towels in the gym and swimming pool. The self service laundromat is useful but slightly pricey. Given that Singaporeans are known for their friendliness, the receptionists staff could do with some addittional training on this aspect. The room space is perfect for one but could be a struggle for three. The soft bed keeps rolling out when being used as a sofa. The location and entertaining are all within walking distance of the property but in the scotching sun, it may not be comfortable. Also, care should be put towards the shower head cleaning moulds were spotted. Also housekeep should check the toiletries as I ran out of showel gel. Neverthless, my stay was pleasant and may use the hotel again.
