"Have to upgrade on maintenance. Not enough staffs for everyday housekeeping. Every three days housekeeping is not good. Need to check throughly with safe because we have to call two separate days for dying out safe battery. Laundry room needs to upgrade with more big washing machines and dryer. Washing machines are too small. "

"Very easy access from the airport. However, A/C couldn’t keep up with the heat, so it was too hot for sleeping well"

"Staff was very helpful and hotel is central to city. The rooms were just ok. Very basic room, with basic amenities. Room was not very clean especially the bathrooms."

"My room was downgraded but not discounted. The manager said we do not have more room for what you booked. This once a luxury hotel is badly managed these days, cleaning does not have enough people so at 4 PM your room is still not cleaned and tidiness generally failing having hair in the bathroom and white towels being yellow . I like the location being of a part of a mall, however my loyalty is over. For such money you can do much better in Singapore! "
