Deffinitely not recommending or coming back
I was dissapointed about the service and hotel staff. Other than breakfast which was varied and good, there are not so many positive things to add in regards of this accommodation. Hotel is short on parking spots, some people in the staff are unprofessional and rude, room was not that clean, especially the carpet under bed where I could find a lot of “valuable” stuff, moldy bathroom and missing drain and bathtub cover, old and cheap room light fixtures and so on. In my opinion, it does not deserve its stars and accommodation is overvalued and overpriced. Price to offered service and quality is way too high. I will never come back here given the on-site experience

Overall nice stay, nothing notably bad
The hotel is nice, clean and staff friendly. Not everyone speaks English, especially the restaurant staff but that wasn't an issue. The pool and spa area was a bit crowded but generally nice and well maintained. The breakfast buffet was big and offered many different hot and cold choices.

The rooms are spacious and clean; bathrooms are also clean and new; the spa is outstanding. The water in the hot tub, however, was only lukewarm, but the main pool is excellent, treated with salt rather than chlorine.

Poor customer experience
The location was good but the hotel staff had pretty poor customer service. We notified them that our AC wasn’t working and people were smoking outside, they said maybe someone will come or maybe not...they didn’t. The beds had no support and uncomfortable. The pool is tiny but not bad once the crowds slowed. My Moms bathroom smelled of mold but they did nothing. Oh and when we got they they charged an additional mountain rescue tax. Overall I wouldn’t stay there again.

If you want to be treated like a piece of junk, then this is the right hotel for you. Hotel receptionists don't know words like: "Hello", "Thank you" and "You are welcome". They just look at you badly. The hotel looks really good, but there were mostly people with fake Adidas tracksuits dining in the fancy restaurant. The same people don't take shower after sauna, but go straight in the hot tub, that is why the hot tub's water was yellow all the time. The hotel offers free parking, but when I wanted to park on one spot, the receptionist came out screaming that I can't park there and I have to park across the street and pay for it. I did it and when I came back to hotel, I saw a car parked on the spot, that I was refused to park. The property also offers daily housekeeping, but unfortunately after the first night nobody came to clean our room or to change our towels. There is a cute puppy in the lobby, that is the only reason I would give 1 star to the hotel.

Nice Hotal, BUT the A/C turns off every 2 hours!
The hotel is nice and clean. Breakfast is very good. SPA is good, but Jacozi sometimes was cold water. The A/C in the rooms turns off automatically every ~2hours, and than you have to call reception to turn it on, and it takes 20 min to start a very slow air A/C. If A/C is important for you, you will be tierd of calling reception. During night time, there is no A/C and no one answer on reception. Other than the A/C, the hotel is very good.

Beautifuk design with poor service. The staff seems to be frustrated to be there. Our checkin experience was mediocre to say the least, with our key cards having a hand written post-it with the room number, no additional info provided (Wi-Fi, pool, breakfast) until we asked for. The sheets were stained and had holes in them and when reported to the front desk we were told “we’ll let them know”. Bland experience and frankly disappointing for a 4 star hotel. Spend your money elsewhere.

GREAT HOTEL
Hotel is great in perfect location. It has sauna, jacuzzi and swimming pool included in price which s great option to rest and relax when its raining outside. Room was very cozy and we felt there very well. Very comfortable kingsize bed.

Beautiful View, Beautiful Hotel
Just a beautiful location with the most welcoming front desk. The rooms were sea view with very comfortable beds and lots of rooms. You can walk to all the active life on the sea front. Be careful when you order your breakfast and give them a time. Do not go earlier and don't ask for seconds. The woman who waited on us was not warm nor friendly.

Limited parking
The hotel is past its peak. The SPA is OKish. The breakfast was fair (coffee could be improved). The biggest problem is the parking. Even though free parking was written on my booking confirmation next to free breakfast and free WiFi, on Monday afternoon, there were no more free parking spaces (there are probably less than 15 for the whole hotel). We were redirected by the receptionist to a paid parking across the main road. The parking was cheap but in bad condition and not so well-lit. The next day was the checkout… you can imagine how it was carrying the luggage across the main road. We were with a small child and we had a lot of luggage. When we got to the reception to complain, we weren’t the only one. The lady in charge was confrontational, she told us that we should have checked their web page where it is written that free parking is limited. I told her that few people check hotel pages and showed her my reservation where there is no mention of this. She became even more hostile, told us that in other countries we don’t complain so much when we have to pay 40 euros for parking. Like I told her, it is the first time we paid for parking anywhere if it was advertised as free, and, with the exception of NY, I haven’t seen parking costing 40 euros at a hotel. I am sure that it is not the first time she had this conversation, I am also sure that she is convinced to the day that they are providing quality service and customers must be mad for complaining.
