"The room was very clean. I had asked for housekeeping to clean each day but that didn’t happen. I was there for three nights and had run out of towels. A call to the front desk quickly remedied that. They brought clean ones. It’s a very nice property and I’ve stayed there many times."

"The room needs updating. Not enough electrical outlets, some didn't work. The lighting could be better. It was difficult to figure out how to turn lights on. The ambient light switch was all the way at the end behind a lamp between the second bed and the window. The switch by the door was useless and only lit a small portion. The bathroom didn't have enough spots to hang wet towels. Considering this is a room for a larger number of people, I'd expect the room to accommodate that number of people better. The fridge was leaking when we came in. The beds were comfortable, although I wish we could get a comforter for the sofa bed, not just blankets. The pool was a hit and the restaurant by the pool was very good. We had dinner and breakfast there. All the staff was amazing and accommodating, even getting us a back area elevator ride when a special event was taking up the lobby elevators and the wait was very long. Very appreciative."
