"First rate Tyrolean hospitality. The reception staff were excellent, good advice on local restaurants and sight seeing. Great breakfast. The hotel is located on the edge of the old town. A short walk through the university area brings you out at the Hofburg Palace, and the quaint old town."

"This property does not look like how it does in the pictures. It was extremely ran down. We had an apartment for 4 days and our room was tidied once. The windows opened all the way up- wasn't sure how safe that made me feel knowing i had to open them to stay cool and anyone could climb in. No fan in the room. carpet hasn't been updated in 30+ years and it's caked in dirt. which stunk. and all cooking appliances and kettle were locked up in our room. There was no help offered at reception for bags. Breakfast on the other hand was okay- but always very busy."
