"What a gorgeous house in a beautiful area, well run by a lovely couple. We had a wonderful stay; this little gem is tucked away on a quiet hillside spot, with breathtaking views of the coast and on the doorstep of lovely walks, and just a few minutes walk to the towns of Lynton & Lynmouth. Our room was lovely; warm, clean and spacious, a pretty and comfortable bed, soft bedding and nice pillows with a great sea view. The communal lounge had a cosy atmosphere, decorated for Christmas and stocked with books, games and a puzzle on the go. The weather wasn’t great so we did spend quite a bit of time indoors so it was nice to have such a pleasant communal area to relax. The boot room was handy, with space to leave muddy boots to dry and umbrella’s to borrow. The breakfast room was light and airy with lovely comfortable furniture. Both rooms have a sea view. The breakfast was outstanding, good quality produce with lots on offer. We had our evening meals at the nearby North Cliff Hotel, food was reasonably priced and very good, as was the service. As the weather was poor it was nice to have this option just a two minute walk away. Our hosts, Sam and Annie, were delightful and accommodating; nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend and we will be back, hopefully we’ll enjoy better weather! "

"Spacious, comfortable appartment with an incredible view & excellent location to explore north devon, walks from the property were in beautiful scenery. For the price there could be improvements made to add useful furniture in rooms, more privacy blinds and working lights in the path to town within the grounds. If these were addressed we would be very happy to stay again."
