However, I did not expect to be treated to a rock concert while I stayed there. There was no regard by the workers for anyone in the building, music playing very loud so that every floor could hear. Stayed at similarly priced HOTELS in Philippines with full buffet breakfast and full hotel service. Staff did their best. This was my safety net stay: I was not sure if I could make the trip.
