Disappointing Service and Crowded Breakfast Experience We arrived 10 minutes before check-in time, and the lobby was already crowded. When I approached the front desk, the staff told me to wait until exactly 2 PM. They took my number and said they would call once our room was ready. While waiting, we decided to have coffee at the hotel café. We ordered coffee, fries, and their famous ensaymada. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. Our coffee and fries arrived after around 30 minutes, and the ensaymada was already getting cold when it was served. Getting the bill was another frustrating experience. We had to call the servers several times, and eventually, one of them instructed me to go to the cashier to pay. What I found odd was that other tables were being handed their bills directly. After waiting at the café, we returned to the front desk, only to be told that our room still wasn’t ready. We ended up waiting another 30 minutes. Unfortunately, our room experience wasn’t much better. My husband experienced allergic rhinitis during our stay, possibly triggered by dust or allergens in the curtains or carpet. The hotel itself also felt dated, although the bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was another disappointment. It was extremely crowded and rowdy, with the queue extending all the way near the elevator.

We really enjoyed or stay at the luxent Staff was very helpful.Bathroom was very clean.Room was very clean atmosphere was amazing.Really enjoyed the swimming pool. And breakfast buffet was amazing Thank you

The rooms are clean and quiet even if we stayed at a room on the 5th floor facing Pedro Gil st. The staff are all nice and helpful. The house cleaning staff are wonderful and kept our room clean and in order. The cafe has good food and servers are awesome. It's a 5-minute walk to the light rail station and to the Robinson's mall.
