You can do some window-shopping at Vista Mall Sta. Rosa during your trip to Santa Rosa. Visit the area's shops or simply enjoy its restaurants.
It is very crowded, lots of traffic, unsafe footpaths,you need to be careful, done drains have broken/ partly open so you could fall in the murky water! It is near a 7/11 but there are young kids asking for money. Some tricycle drivers are dishonest.
Traffic seems to be chaotic but the local drivers seem to be able to handle it.
