Apartment on the first floor of a historic building of the Thousand, located in the historic center, a few steps from Piazza del Campo, the Duomo and all the major historic sites of the city. Finely furnished with antique furniture, equipped with large and bright living room with fireplace with double sofa bed, double bedroom with canopy bed and comfortable and super-equipped typical Tuscan cuisine. Bathroom with shower cabin with use of washing machine ..
Siena is a romantic and quiet city of the province closed to the. traffic of machines. The old town is ztl within the walls can not enter with the cars there are paid parking areas see the website www. sienaparcheggi. co. for details. I recommend if you arrive by car at the station only 15 minutes from the center and the cheapest about 3 € per day ... in front of the bus station and taxi. bus price q. 50 taxis 10-12 € approx
If you take the bus to the center, ask for the one to Piazza Gramsci, 10 minutes walk from the apartment.
Siena is pleasant to walk in the historic alleys .... the owner lives in the building of the apartment for rent and is available for every need

Constanza is an absolutely charming hostess and it was an honour to stay in her beautiful home steeped in history. I cannot recommend this stay enough! A special shout-out to Roy, the sweetest dog and a very good boy, 10/10 for both him and Costanza.

Constanza's apartment is perfect for any period of stay in Siena. Perfect location for food, shopping and site seeing the beautiful hill town. Constanza made us feel right at home, for our 40th anniversary

Perfect location

We absolutely loved the character and location of this unique property. It is located in a 1000-year old (though updated) building, within easy, walkable access to many fantastic restaurants, a little grocery store and the main historical sites of Siena. The property manager was extremely communicative, and allowed us to check in early when we arrived, which was very helpful. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. I highly recommend this property!

Costanza was a wonderful and very responsive host. The part of the property we stayed on is exactly as described. Super private, quiet, great place to unwind. Supermarkets close by. Quick access to Florence. Definitely recommend!!!

Wonderful stay in the heart of Siena

Excellent location, spacious and well-equipped. Costanza is a friendly and engaging host. Particularly recommended if you prefer the charm and individuality of an old "tipico" historic building over a modern anonymous one. Siena deserves at least a few days of your itinerary. We stayed 6 nights and would return.

This apartment is quite spacious and perfectly located within an easy walk of just about everything one might want to see in Siena. Check-in was very easy and communication was easy with Costanza.

Charming tuscan style apt. Location is amazing close to everything! Even with the rain and storms we felt at home, One suggestion a good coffee maker! And maybe some bottled water in frig, wine? We will be back someday be back

Great location and comfortable stay in historic location. Hostess was very helpful on check in. Apartment was somewhat dark and brighter lights might be suggested if possible. Great fridge and dishwasher if needed. Coffee provided and appreciated.

Perfect location in fabulous property.

I am writing this note for my daughter, Lynn, as I arranged her 3 nights at Costanza’s beautiful apartment. Lynn loved every minute of her time in this fabulous, heritage property, right in the heart of Siena. Everything was perfect, and Costanza was the loveliest hostess. My husband and I loved this apartment. Costanza was very accommodating and kind. She left us a beautiful bottle of chianti upon our arrival. We felt safe and very comfortable, the apartment had everything we needed and more. The location is excellent. We parked at the train station and it was easy to get to this apartment. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

We spent three lovely days in this charming, well appointed apartment. Located in the heart of Siena it was close to everything. Costanza was an outstanding host. She provided insightful suggestions about Siena, local's restaurant suggestions, and when we found that the washer wasn't working, it was replaced in three hours! You'll enjoy it.
