"Very affordable place in the center of the twin . Very helpful and courteous staff . Eager to help and arrange anything required. At this time nearby noisy construction during day . Since close to the main entertainment area for a bit noisy till about 12 midnight . But rooms seem to be surprisingly quite soundproof . No elevators so had to climb a couple of flight of stairs but staff helps with the luggage . "

The owner of the hotel tells me that it will take more than 2 days to fix the issue and that my money will be returned and that I should find a new hotel. This was a horrible problem due to the fact that it was New Years and there were very few options left. Add to that I'm still having to fight the charge months after the fact. "Very basic but good value! Comfy bed. Close to Pub Street. No kettle or fridge but the can of iced coffee from 7/11 stayed cool overnight so we didn’t mind lol. We regretted the lack of aircon a bit but only because my husband is a large boy who runs warm. The fan was fine for me. "

"Fun family, neat stay. The property is set up like an old traditional Cambodian home, where the owner couple sleeps upstairs in a grand room and the children sleep upstairs on mats on the porch. "I stay here 3 nights. Stuff very helpful and have airport pick up. Big room with 3 beds, have hot water, cosy and very comfortable. But hotel can't walk to pub street because the way to go there was dark and unsafe, then you need tuk tuk of the hotel for 5$ round trip and 2$ for one way."
