"It is a place where you feel right at home. The owner gave us a lot of good information about what to see and good restaurants as well. The staff is wonderful and the breakfast is excellent. "
"A wonderful stay, the owner was friendly, helpful and considerate. The room was comfortable and clean. Great location, ideally located next to the port and in the town centre. There is a fabulous gelato shop a block away by the port. Ideal for getting the ferry to explore the islands. Would stay again!"

"Great location and accomodation, rooms slightly outdated, but very spacious and nice. Amazing view from property and nice swimming areas. Restaurant/bar is overpriced, better off going in to town. Would stay again."
"The property and its views were amazing. Transportation getting to the resort from the airport was expensive. Expedia organized our flight from Toronto to Sicily requiring a ferry to cross then organize a shuttle at the harbour to the resort. This would have added hours and substantial cost to get to the resort. We reorganized so we flew from Toronto to Rome then Rome to Palermo reserving a shuttle at our expense to get to the resort."
"Very nice and accommodating staff. The location is smack in the middle of the old centre. Beware that getting a vehicle to the hotel is like getting to your seat at a rock concert with a pickup truck; that is to say, doable. "
